Mr. Fisher and the Fisher Organization has built a tremendous presence in the Hamptons, Long Island NY and services some of the world's wealthiest elites as his clients. He owns and manages a large rental portfolio of over 100 homes in Suffolk NY as well as numerous commercial projects.
With over 15 years of experience in Private Lending and Real Estate Investing, Sal LoPiccolo has advised real estate investors across the country and successfully closed hundreds of millions in loan transactions. He has made his investors a steady, safe return while underwriting the risk of qualified borrowers. Mr. LoPiccolo brings strong relationship and networking skills along with a deep understanding of financing, market conditions and deal structure.
With over 15 years of management and operations experience, Keith Fialkowski brings the knowledge and skills when it comes to sales, relationship building and overall company growth. His customer relations skills have amassed a huge client base with some of NY's top home builders and industry trades. Mr. Fialkowski is also a real estate investor and owns and manages numerous properties in his portfolio.
